Earth Day & Report Card Week!

Happy Earth Day week, Chimera Community! This is a special week as we celebrate our planet on Wednesday, April 22 and receive Third Marking Period Report Cards on Thursday, April 23. Both are opportunities for reflection — on how we care for our world and how far our students have come this year.

Our schools have planned wonderful Earth Day activities that connect environmental awareness with classroom learning. From schoolyard cleanups to recycling drives to STEM projects about sustainability, our students are learning to be responsible stewards of the earth.

As report cards are distributed, we encourage families to celebrate growth and progress. Every step forward is worth recognizing. If you have questions about your child's grades, please reach out to their teachers — our staff is always here to partner with you.

With Chimera Pride,
Marti Hill-Parker, Acting Superintendent of Schools
